Data deletion

Effective September 23, 2026

To have your personal data removed from our systems, send a request with the email address (or wallet address) you used and, if relevant, your order number or the Tata you own. Email privacy@tata1000faces.com with the subject line Data deletion, or message us on the platform you used (Shopify, Etsy or Kickstarter), or on the social platform you interacted with us on.

We confirm the request, delete the data we hold within 30 days, and tell you when it is done. Data held by the platforms themselves (Shopify, Etsy, Kickstarter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube) must be deleted through those platforms. Records we are legally required to keep (such as tax records of a completed order) are retained for the required period only.

Deleting an ownership record ends the perks attached to it.
