The site

tata1000faces.com is provided as is. You may browse and share it. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute its content or the artwork on it except as these terms allow.

The artwork

The 1,000 Tata drawings, their names, the TATA 1000 FACES name and logo, and all derived products, animations and images are the property of Tata's Faces Corp and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product, a pre-sale reward, or an ownership deed gives you the physical item and the rights described for that item; it does not transfer any intellectual property. Personal, non-commercial sharing of photos of items you own is welcome.

Ownership deeds

An "Owner" item registers you as the owner of one specific Tata in our records. That registration entitles you to the perks published for it at the time of purchase (for example, one unit of each future product bearing that Tata). It is a perk program, not a security, not an investment, and not a licence to the artwork. Perks require a valid shipping address; we may substitute an item of equal value if one is discontinued. Ownership may be transferred as described on the deed page.

Purchases and pre-sales

Orders on Shopify or Etsy are governed by that platform's terms in addition to these. Pre-sale campaigns on Kickstarter are governed by Kickstarter's terms; rewards are made after the campaign closes and delivery estimates are estimates. Made-to-order items (such as printed magnets) are produced after purchase; we accept returns for defects or damage in transit, and refunds for changed minds are at our discretion.

Prohibited use

Do not use the site to attack, overload, or reverse engineer our systems, to claim ownership of a Tata you do not hold the item for, or to impersonate us.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, we provide the site without warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes go to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable consumer law gives you a different forum.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do.
